Bordeaux AOC Le Petit Sergolle 2021 Baron de Sergolle

Le Petit Sergolle is produced in the famous Bordeaux region where excellent exposure, a great variety of soils and the strong influence of the Atlantic dominate. The old Mill of Sergolle gives its name to a slender and everyday wine, balanced in the touch and pleasant on every occasion.

The operations in the vineyard, pruning and leaf removal are done manually. The perfectly healthy grapes are vinified in steel vats at a controlled temperature, to allow the best extraction of aromas and substance.

Ruby red with violet reflections, it reminds the nose of morello cherry, raspberry and currant, with hints of Mediterranean herbs such as sage and nettle. On the palate it releases a fresh touch, it is slender in the body and with good structure.

Soft tannins and the right persistence make it suitable for grilled red and white meat dishes, legumes and vegetable first courses.
