Pinot Noir is a complex grape, with an early ripening and very sensitive to its terroir . Its area of choice is Burgundy , which offers some of the most elegant, classy and minimalist wines in the world.

In Italy the areas of greatest choice are Trentino-Alto Adige, Oltrepò Pavese , but also in the Piacentini hills, in Friuli, in Veneto and, to a lesser extent, in Tuscany.

It is a very delicate grape, it is considered the most difficult but also the most aristocratic one, as it manages to excel in refinement in the glass thanks to an aromatic profile and of extreme finesse, with notes of small berries and a sip is fresh, rich and persistent, with delicate tannins and pleasant freshness. An inherently noble and elegant wine .
