Colline Novaresi Nebbiolo DOC Ramale 2018 Torraccia del Piantavigna
Ramale di Torraccia del Piantavigna is produced in Piedmont in the Ghemme area with Nebbiolo grapes.
With clayey soils of alluvial origin and excellent exposure, the grapes are brought to the cellar to proceed with soft pressing before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Frequent pumping over ensures the correct oxygenation of the must, the extraction of tannins, aromas and color. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for at least 3 years in French oak barrel...
